Equine Safety & Ethics Training Form

Remember, this is required for projects #175, 177, 180, 181, 182, 183, 184, 185, 188 and 189.  It is NOT needed for 174, since it has record sheets inside of the book.  Also, if anyone is taking vet science projects that are horse related, they should complete a 190R.
