The main crops raised in Ottawa County include soybeans, wheat, corn, and alfalfa. Ottawa County is also home to many fruit and vegetable farms and is well known for peaches and apples. Ottawa County is not home to many livestock animals; however, high quality freezer beef is available by contacting the Ottawa County Cattlemen's Association.
