Page "Live Healthy - Live Well" Spring Wellness Challenge
Ohio State University Extension is offering an on-line wellness challenge. This 6 week challenge runs from April 8 to May 20 and offers two messages a week to inspire you to improve your health!
Page Dining with Diabetes
Dining with Diabetes is a signature program conducted by Ohio State University Extension. This program helps individuals learn strategies to manage their diabetes through menu planning, carbohydrate counting, portion control, label reading, and test tasting healthy recipes.

Our Mission Statement - Women In Agriculture will provide support for families involved with agriculture by conducting educational programs and activities that address their pursuit in building independent and productive lives.

Page ServSafe: Serving Safe Food Training and Certification Programs
The ServSafe program is developed by the National Restaurant Association and is the industry standard for food-safety training and is accepted in almost all United States jurisdictions that require employee certification. ServSafe training programs provide accurate, up-to-date information for all levels of employees on handling of food, from receiving and storing to preparing and serving.

Using Wireless Technology Before, During and After Emergencies
As consumers increasingly rely on mobile phones and smartphones, these technologies are becoming vital tools for dealing with an emergency. Approximately 70 percent of 911 calls are placed from a mobile phone and 74 percent of consumers have used a mobile phone in an emergency. According to one recent study, 19 percent of consumers had used their mobile phone to get help in an emergency in the last 30 days.
