Register for camp: All spots are FULL!
- Make sure you know what sessions you would like to sign up for before starting the registration. Some sessions may fill up quickly, so make sure you know a couple of choices for each day.
- Camper and Parent both need to sign different sections of the registration.
- Plan at least 20 minutes per registration!
- You will complete the camp registration, be re-directed to make your camp payment, and then sent an email to complete your camp health form. CAMP REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE until all three of those requirements are met.
- Some email providers (gmail is one) will "stack" your emails and it will appear as just one message about payments/health forms. You will need to collapse the conversation/stack to find both messages. Or email Rhonda (mahaney.23@osu.edu) and she will send you a direct link.

WHAT IS 4-H CAMP AND WHAT DOES IT OFFER?
Where is Ottawa County 4-H Jr. Camp?
Ottawa County 4-H Jr. Camp is located on Kelleys Island in Lake Erie. Campers make the trip across the lake on a ferry boat.
Campers live in a cabin with campers and their trained counselors. A modern kitchen and central dining hall provide for nutritious meals. The beach offers a unique swimming area watched by a certified lifeguard at all times. Other facilities include the Nature Center, Craft Hall, Campfire Circle, Recreation Hall, and Sports Fields.
4-H Camp offers youth the opportunity to develop leadership skills, citizenship awareness, responsibility, and self-esteem in a group living situation away from home.
4-H Camp offers a variety of activities for each camper such as: swimming, nature, water activities, crafts, and much more. We also have great programs and special events to keep you busy in the afternoon and evening.
Who Can Come To Camp?
Any youth completing grades 3-7 this year are eligible to come to camp. Registrations for youth who are members of a community 4-H club will receive a priority registration time window, afterwhich all age eligible youth may register. Registrations accepted until the deadline, or camp is full.
You receive additional information prior to camp telling you what to bring and how to get to 4-H Camp Kelleys Island. It is your responsibility to find transportation to and from the Kelleys Island Boat Line. Full time participation is required!
Health And Safety
Assuring the health and safety of each camper is important to us at 4-H Camp. There is a registered nurse present throughout camp. Campers are covered by a health and safety policy while involved in camp programs. Activities are supervised by responsible adults and counselors who are trained in camping programs. Rules and regulations have been developed and will be enforced for the health and safety of all individuals.
